INTRODUCTION
Modern way of treatment is sky rocketing which is unaffordable to most of the common man. To cater the poor in their medical needs, the Trust is running a small allopathy dispensary at Trust office, Kambrathuchalla, Muthalamada with an average patients of seventy daily. Free homeo and herbal camps are conducted on the third Sunday of every month and regular camps for eye, cancer, cardio, nuero and general medical check up in every month in Palakkad district. The Trust trying to bring all medical fields under one umbrella where everyone can suit his choice and physiological condition.
The patients registered at eye camp are taken to eye hospital at Coimbatore and free operation is done for them. Many cardio cases are done freely but as the number of cardiac patients are high and increasing steadily, the Trust is not in a position to attend all. More than two hundred patients attending Herbal camp which relieves people from sugar and pressure diseases. Most of the camps are conducted with the help of kind hearted doctors who have a mind to serve the the poor.
In the field of Ayurvedic medicine the Trust is running a hospital filling the want of many poor patients allergic to allopathy. There are forty leprosy patients adopted by the Trust looking after their health and few HIV/AIDS patients sheltered them at Pollachi. The Trust has acquired 46 cents for sheltering HIV/AIDS patients at Muthalamada and is in process for want of a building. The projects taken by the Trust in fields will run into crores and the Trust is trying to fulfill its venture in this activity.

SNEHAM CHARITABLE TRUST MATERNITY CHILDREN HOSPITAL, ALATHUR
The Trust is running a hospital for the public at Alathur, Palakkad district with 75 beds and an operation theatre. The hospital is situated on the National Highway to Thrissur from Palakkad which is mainly concentrating on mothers and children below 15 years. It has a pharmacy of its own and other facilities in general medicine, surgery, pediatrics and gynaecology.
PUBLIC HEALTH CENTRE, MUTHALAMADA
The Trust runs a public health centre at Trust office for out patients only. The average patients attending in a day is seventy and treated for primary health ailments. Consultation of specialists are arranged once in a week which is helpful for the poor who are unable to travel thirty kilometers to get proper treatment. Patients of leprosy are brought here every fortnight and given them treatment.
AYURVEDIC SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, VAZHUKKUPARA
In traditional Indian system of medicine, the Trust runs an Ayurveda hospital at Vazhukkapara, Parali, Palakkad. The hospital consists of cottages and being treated by herbal medicines in Thakradhara, Tahiladhara, Kasheeradhara, Nasyam, Elkizhi, Udwarthnam etc. The patients are from far places too seeking good and healthy treatment.
HOMEO HOSPITAL, MUTHALAMADA
The homeo dispensary at the Trust office is always open to the poor. The doctors provide free service to the Trust and the patients as well. As a result the number of patients is increasing day by day.
For all the projects, the Trust wishes to widen its scope to the corners of Muthalamda Panchayat seeking the benefit from all the people of the Panchayat and not restricted in an area. For this huge amount is required for which humble sponsors and donors are invited for the efficient and smooth running of all these activities. At this crucial juncture the Trust invites donors or sponsors for the construction of a small hospital with ten beds facility for the benefit of the poor people of Muthalamada. The cost of the project will amount Rs.25,00,000/-. It's been more than fifty years that the Panchayat is lacking a good hospital and even a permanent doctor.
