The youth of India should serve the Nation from the rural areas and make access to the urban and build the nation. This dream the Trust tries to fulfill through the voluntary services by the students from Co-Operative College, Chittur, Marian College, Koduvayur, and from other parallel institutions in and around Muthalamada.
The daily feeding to about 700 poor Narayanas in the afternoon from 12.30 P.M. at present is with rice, dal and curry. During other functions, around 1500 to 3500 people are fed which is sponsored by the Rani of Travancore, Rani Gouri Lakshmi Bai Thampuratti, Thiruvananthapuram. Later in the evening the poor feeding consists of kanji (rice pudding with green dhal and coconut) to about 700 poor Narayanas. The prasada is given at the Trust office in the evening at about 5.30 p.m. daily in Tiffin boxes being brought by them. The patients along with the bystanders at the Ayurveda Hospital, Palakkad, and students of Mudalamada U.P. School at Nagarpadam, Muthalamada are provided free food at noon. Clothes are distributed to the poor and those who come for taking prasada during Onam and other occasions.
The tuition and Veda classes are given to the students from in and around Kambrathchalla and Andhichiraa. The above students are provided with Sai protein and sweets dresses twice weekly as also when occasion demands, School uniforms are also being distributed to the needy. The patients are given treatment in various hospitals sponsored by donors. The areas covered are Parambilulam [Thekkady, Thunakkadavu], distribution of food to Nagarpadam, Pothanpadam, Njanadankishayi, Chappakadu, Ambedkar Colony, Pallam, Puliyanthoni , Adichir, etc.

Rehabilitation of AIDS victims-a combined project of Muthalamada Sneham Charitable Trust and Ammucare Charitable Trust, Palakkad-was launched by Honorable Justice V.P.Mohan Kumar, Acting Chairman,Human Rights Commision on 26 May, 2005 in Palakkad. The function was presided over by Sri. Sunil Das, Chairman, Sneham Charitable Trust and blessed by the presence of many dignitaries from various fields of activities.

Charity redrawing the means and scope of service once again
The hands of charity join together to reach out to the people in another area of service. Sneham Charitable Trust and Ammucare Trust are extending their arms of service by launching Sneham Helpline at Palakkad. The function held at 11 AM on June 1st at Sri Sankara Herbal Concentrate's office at Koppam, Palakkad, Kerala.
The Helpline, having a database of more than 3000 voluntary donors is to provide blood to the needy as free of charge Apart from this, the centre is providing medical information and free counseling. For more information, please contact any Ammucare or Sneham team members.
