Baba Ramdevji's message was given to the huge audience, who were waiting with great devotion. He said that he was extremely happy to be with Swami Sunilji who is rendering lots of humanitarian services, in the holy atmosphere of Ashram located in this village.

He stressed the importance of uplifting the villages by spiritual and services .activities. and by cutting down the difference between the rich and poor.

He said that he found peace and tranquility in the faces of people gathered. . He gave a brief talk on the importance of Yoga and Pranayama and its roll in maintaining good health. ,both physical & mental .and demonstrated the most simple and easiest way of doing it .He stressed on .Brasthika, Kapalbharathi & AnulomVilom to be done at every day at least for ten minutes, this is in the interest of every individual .and it would be his Gurudakshina.

Adressing the doctors, he said that in addition to their services towards humanity they should include Yoga & Pranayama in their regimen of treatment ,which gives faster recovery and permanent results.
